Indeed, emotions are born in our brain. And the heart, with all due respect to poets and to Blaise Pascal, only responds to the chemical and electrical impulses it sends. The brain is much less mysterious to us today than it was just a few years ago, and emotions are considered a key factor of our intelligence and our decision-making mechanism. Don’t fight against your emotions anymore, listen to them, understand them and make them an asset to distinguish yourself and to fully assert your personality.
